If you do it at a higher speed and mash it in and grind the crap out of it you could toast synchros or break off teeth.
I'd make sure your fluid is changed regularly too.

yeah i mean i do normal up keep trany flush i jsut use 10w30 but i dont race it up goin fast slaming it into gear and what not. i just do it nice and easy when im on the free way i use the clutch cuz im goin fast. but i just dont wana kill my trany buy doing it if its bad if not ima keep doing it.
Honestly? Are you serious? If you're that lazy to step on a pedal for 1 second each time you shift, buy an automatic.
If it wasn't "bad" to shift without the clutch, there wouldn't be a clutch.

You do run the risk of rounding off the teeth on the synchro hubs, eventually with the added wear it will start to jump out of gear.
its fine for the syncros as long as you know what your doing...
speed shifting isnt good for the syncros. expecially if you use your clutch, but guess what people still do it and people still have grinding 2nd and 3rd gears so whats the difference?
i shift without my clutch all the time, even i downshift without my clutch all the time...
having to push a clutch pedal in when your driving around on an extreme pressure plate and 4 puck solid hub gets kinda tiring and its smoother to shift without a clutch sometimes

word thanks and yeah i know what im doing. like i said im not riping threw the gears im just putting around town.. and i dont want an auto thanks very much...
Well, you absolutelly need the clutch to put in first gear or to reverse, but once you're driving on first, if you are already confortable doing WITHOUT grinding, it's fine.
It grinds because it's not engaging, if you can match engine speed to the gears and there isn't any grinding, it is engaging fine and you don't wear the clutch... after all, you wouldn't be able to do it if you were hitting the gas a little too much.
