if u lay clear over the dust... how will it be possible to sand the dust out?

sand it out of the black first.. then lay on more black, then clear

wet sand, lay down one more coat of black, then tack rag the whole car when it dries before you lay the clear down. wet the floor down or spray some dust control on it..if your booth filters are getting dirty you can also wet those to help keep the the dust out from messing up your clear coats.
