Default ideal spring rates for road racing

K i pieced my suspension as of right now just for a quick fix i got my neuspeed race springs new for dirt cheap and my tokico blues used for dirt cheap. this setup sucks as the springs are aggressive and the blues r soft giving me a very bumpy ride of my life. now im looking for a good coilover setup for road racing my 91 da, this car is also my daily driver. Ive been looking at the tein basics spring rates r front 500lbs/in rears 280, ground-controls fronts 340,380,430,545lbs/in rears 250,350,430,545lbs/in. any info would greatly be appreciated

PIC's (http://picperformance.com/store/scri...?idProduct=238) they will be light years better off the shelf and have a good range in teh dampening for more rear spring should you want more later on.
there are plenty of other suspension set-ups that are good (koni/gc). i'm just throwing one out there.

function and form, omni, d2, blox are all the same basic shock. i have driven on d2's and function and forms and they are ok for a street car that goes out to events for fun. they aren't bad, but they are pretty basic in their valving.

btw-where are you planning on running the car? scca, nasa, emra?
