I hear inspection stations do a great job at getting you a sticker....I am not sure if you want to post this kind of question to the public....thats more of a I know a guy who knows a guy that can do that...know what I mean.

This kid I used to work with said he would go to a junkyard and look for cars with inspection stickers and try to peel them off and put them on his car. Never tried it, just sayin...

 

a lot of people did that but NJ changed their inspection sticker style so you can't really steal them off of other cars or make your own. nj is really cracking down on the modded car scene :[
