We our kinda pulling are hair out trying to figure this problem out. We went too the dyno and we where getting spark on cylinder 3,but no fuel.
We tought the injector or wiring was bad. We pulled the car off the dyno and moved injector 3 too cylinder 4. The car still wouldnt fire number 3,but would fire number 4. So the injectors arent bad.
I have unplugged injectors 3 and 4 and moved the plugs over. When i move injector plug 3 to number 4 it will fire the injector. But when i move injector plug 4 too 3 it wont.
All the spark plugs are black from running rich but number 3. I have checked and we are getting spark on number 3 so it has something to do with fuel.but i cant figure out what or what to try now. Also checked the wiring too the Injector driver, it is fine. And the injector is turned on inside the aem ecu.
Any help would be great.
The car is running AEM ecu and Injector driver box. Also running 1600cc injectors.

might be a burned up channel on the aem injector driver, happened to me twice already. swap to a unused channel and try it again. also double check all injectors with a multimeter and make sure they all have the same resistance.
Yeah the driver boxes have some issues, all of the early ones with a serial number under 350 were problem children and then (due to poor QC by the place making them for AEM) some of the ones made after that had issues. If the driver box has sat on the shelf for a minute, or you bought it from a place that had it on a shelf for a little while, it's likely that's your problem.
Do as R@mon suggested, if you have spare channels, otherwise contact AEM as they've been quite good about warrantying them for the later units.
