my Speedometer is stuck.how do i fix it?
so for the longest time the speedometer on my car has been stuck at 80mph. ive been meaning to get it fixed but dont know how to go about it..cant decide wether or not to take it to honda or wat? if theres anyone in the bay area or jus anyone in general that can help with this i would greatly appreciate it
Replace the speedo. It is common on the 5th gens. Either replace the whole cluster, just the speedo, or the circuit board inside behind the gauge(which is the actual part that goes bad).
In the FAQ section there is a write up for how to take the cluster out of the car, courtesy of TheMuffinMan, and a write up for disassembling the cluster, which I did.
Good luck.
