Default just picked up a mint cb700 nighthawk sc

mint....i mean mint.

didnt need much, just a starter clutch and carb rebuild,

a lil heavier then i thought, but fun as hell to ride.

anybody familiar with these?

Nice bikes. My roommate had one and it was a very comfortable commuter. A few issues I had riding it were: 1) the weight is somewhat 'tall'...compared to my SuperMagna, 2) continually scrapped the stock exhaust on the freeway on ramps, and 3) lost the hydraulic clutch ascending to Kennedy Meadows. It took a while for the bike to acclimate to the elevation, it would seem. Also, I would forgo the full fairing as it binds on the levers in tight maneuvers. Get the carbs synched and enjoy.
