i think 3rd gen preludes have the same size sunroof but idk if that would work

my 89 crx had a glass sunroof, it opened and came all the way out, it leaked and i could never find a seal for it

 

That was installed at a later date.

 

wow the sun would roast your *** through that! youd need a shade for it in the middle of the day, dark tint or not. im sure theres a way you could fab one..

hmm, without a slideable shade, I think a glass sunroof would be kinda useless unless you only drive your car at night. Even if it was heavily tinted I think it'd still be annoying when the sun's out.

And I feel sorry for that chick's CRX...a classic case of taking a clean stock car and destroying it with poor taste. Well, all that matters is that she likes it. I went to page 2, "car show pics" and that first del Sol indicated the type of crowd she identifies with. Oh well, I guess that's why I'm not on Car Domain, I see the riciest cars getting mad props on that site

 

i know i was being repetitive. my apologies Mog. its just that if it wasnt super freakin early in the morning and i wasnt trying to stay awake i wouldnt have ever clicked the second link, thus leading me to the morbid curiosity that kept me from fallin asleep.

Yeah, I posted that on another forum. I've been looking for a glass sunroof that I can fit on my 90 crx si. I just want that girl and her sunroof. I don't need her car.

 

cute *** girl, but good lord she ruined that car. that front bumper seriously looks like it was yanked off a 96 ford mustang cobra.

 

Gyah. It was so nice before she ruined it. Boo. Moonroof needs tint, but I do like the glass.

 

Do you still have the crx or the sunroof? If your car was a si, it might have had the direct fit replacement that aftermarket companies in the late 80s and early 90's made to swap out the metal panel sunroofs. If you still got it, let me know.

I came across an 88 prelude at the boneyard the other day. I'm woundering if the sunroof is the same size and if it'll fit my 91 Crx. I dont particularly care if it's glass but my sunroof is rotten and I gotta do something. Last time I hit 125mph the damn thing almost blew out. Anybody know if it'll fit?
