Default moisture inside tailight

Ive read about the taillight gaskets being the issue here however im not leaking water into the trunk as far as i can tell, i just have moisture build up inside the taillight lens where the primary brake light bulb is. Is it possible the lens itself is bad or should i just do the gaskets?

i think the suggestion that best fixes this problem is to take the light out and drill a small hole in the bottom of light housing. This will let the condensation evaporate. I don't think it has anything to do with the gaskets if water is not leaking in your trunk. Same thing is happening to mine just gotta get some time to take out the light. You could search too, i think this is a pretty common problem

Check for cracks, and have you checked to see if the gasket is bad itself? If all seem to be okay, check the tail light bulb holders, they might not be tight or have a crack in them.

Did you actually take the taillights off to inspect the gaskets? Look at where the housing is mated to the lens to see if there are any defects. There's some clear adhesive (silicone sealant?) that's often used to seal lights up.

Did you change your taillight resently? if so did you reuse your old gaskets? If your old gaskets were shabby then you should purchase new ones from any acura dealer, they are like 25 a peice. But if you are tight on money go to n e home depot or lowes and get foam tape use in sealing windows, that really works great hope that helps.

Two of my cars in the past had that exact problem - 89 Integra and 88 Civic.

I did the exact same thing. Drill holes on the bottom. The moisture will cause your bulbs to blowout at the least. The problems were discovered because I failed inspection.

Make sure the holes are big enough, like 1cm. And do it under all the rear lights because you don't know where the "leak" really is. It may not be where the moisture gather.

I would take the taillights out and set them in the sun to let all the water dry out.

Then I would either replace the taillight gaskets or use some silicone to seal them up. I recently had to do this to my tails. Water was getting in them.

It's a pretty common problems for the Integras.
