speed senson..need help???
on ef's the speed sensor is run through a cable, not a harness plug like eg, ek, ect... this being so how does the ecu pick up speed sensor code ???? plz help
the ecu is not related with it, because its cable it therefore is manually operated, the ecu knows how to give the right amount of fuel and air intake by the engine. this has nothing to do with speed, therefore you can go 20 mph and be at 4k rpm in first gear or 70mph in 4th at 4k and still be using the same amount of fuel/air etc etc. make sense? the speed you travel has nothing to do with that mixture, if this didn't hlp hit me up on aim and i will try to futher help
my speedo is disconnected due to the location of the horizontal roll cage bar in the dash. Once in a while I get a speed sensor error. Somehow the speedo cable feeds information to the ECU.
