Ok quick run down.. Put my built lsvtec in my fresh restored crx hf. Everything is hooked up all grounds were sanded and cleaned. I also did a wire tuck. Now i have been running down wiring diagrams and checking everything i know how to check and nothing.
Main relay checked out per honda's testing instructions,Changed out ignition switch since its what powers everything and still the same problem.. I am completely stumped on this and have nowhere else to turn except part the whole car out or look for an 89 HF enigine and chassis harness which will be unlikley to find anytime soon..
Any one else have this or a similar problem and fixed it?
I get no fuel pump prime.... 1 click from main relay!!
Thanks in advance!!
EDIT: Fixed my dizzy/iacv humming.. Now problem with getting power to the pump still remains..

Check to see if you are getting power to the relay under the back storage compartment. There is a gray clip that goes into the relay for the pump to kick on, see if you have power there. If you do, you know it's something with the fuel pump.

i get power to the main relay and power to the ecu. ecu is chipped p06 and is know working because i pulled it from my wife's DD.. i get no power from the connector on the main relay to the fuel pump.. I have been runing down wiring schematics for days now testing fuse boxes, relay's ecu's. fuel pump is a brand new walbro 255 so its not the pump.. Pump primed a couple days ago but the main relay would continuisly run and not shut off. Now it doesnt prime at all and is really pissing me off. I think 1 thing is fixed and leave it for the night only to go back the next day and everything is back to the way it was before i started.. Its really annoying

I had a similar issue in my EG. Turned out to be a bad ground from the ecu to the thermostat housing. The ground point itself was good, but there was a break in the circuit somewhere between the ecu and the thermostat housing. Drove me nuts for about a week. Have you tried swapping in another main relay? I would check the solder on all the points.
