She was working fine, then in the rain, she started slowin down. She then turned off.no fan..she sounded like it was turning a bit and you can hear power being drained from the battery,but she don't turn on,I'm almost certain its not the fuse....ideas....

 

The blower might have taken water in from the rain, due to leak. What car do you have?

 

There's a really nice flowchart in the FSM for troubleshooting the blower motor. It looks like there are just three screws holding the motor in, so if you think water somehow or other got in there, you can pull it out and look.

 

are you sure it wasn't a fuse? look in the engine compartment..look at the fan blower something fuse forgot what it is call exactly but...thats how i fixed mines.
