Steering whell vibration on my 1996 Honda Accord

The steering of my 1996 Honda Accord are vibrating (shaking) whenever I apply break when it is running at around 100kms/hr, anyone knows what is the problem?

Hey I've got that problem too! My front rotors are warped / beyond wear limits. Honda does not get any love from me on the design of there hub assemblies, with the rotors on the wrong side of hub. Holy crap mine are rusted on there...
