Default 1990 accord motor swap

i have 1990 accord i broke my timing belt and im swapping the motor with the same exact motor but my car is a 5spd and the motor came out of an automatic is there anything im going to need for the transmission to line up??

No. The engine that came auto will bolt right up to your 5spd tranny with no modification. Just transferr flywheel, 5spd flywheel bolt, T/O, & clutch over to your new engine. While you're at it, I recommend you replacing your rear main seal. They tend to leak over time. So do it while you're there.

alright sweet thanks yea my rear main seal was leaking and were putting a whole new clutch in because my car had idle problems and my dad thinks it took a tole on my clutch i currently had but thanks for the info!
