Help! Failed smog check, high NO

It seems like all the other measurements were passing with flying colors except the NO which is very, very high. I'm thinking this could be because I leaned out my AF on my SAFC thinking it will help it pass good, but turned out I might be running too lean and thus causing very high NO readings? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm gonna try to richen it up and go for another test and see if that makes a difference.

Also, I noticed under the ECS test that it says "FAIL" next to "air injection". Does that even matter? I don't think we even have air injection on these cars.
By the way the car is an 97 acura CL 2.2 with F22b1 stock motor (took off turbo).
