I just got a better job, and a dude that works there has an 88-90 CRX, awesome exterior condition, performance sus, GSR gunmetal wheels on kumhos, JDM B16A fully rebuilt, Y1 tranny, tyre-r valves, other few engine parts.

He wants to sell for a truck ( ); for $4,000. I've been looking into a CRX body and B16A swap, should I sell my 90 prelude w/ newly hybrid'd JDM B20A and tons of mods and parts for $8,xxx.

I would like the extra money and a faster car.

The only thing that the CRX would need is an aftermarket ECU, since the knock sensor is wrong.

Any insight would be very appreciated.

EDIT: My bad, I ment to put in CRX fourm, could a mod move it if it isn't too much trouble.

Well i love 3rd gen Preludes more than any other car so I would say keep the Lude. But in your sooping best interest the crx may be a good bet cuz 88-91 Ludes are unfortunately a bit strapped for mod variety. I dun know why... those 3rd gen Ludes are sweet as ****! 4WS oh Damn thas nice!! As for the money involved ask wait for someone to reply with more knowledge than me.

 

Yeah, I know, 3rd gen ludes are great. But I could use this CRX for a couple years and store for race car, auto cross and maybe little drag though Skip Babbar at Seattle/Pacific raceway. Then get something really much such as a TL type S.

Right now my prelude has broken many necks, looks great, I do like the attention, but then agian cops seem to like it too.

Keep em' coming, I need to hurry with a decision.

What about the ECU problem, what ECU could I use besied the expensive Mugen one? TIA.
