1990 ef help

Default 1990 ef help

im doing my first motor swap in my ef it had a non vtec d15 in it and i want to put my z6 in it and i was told i need a p28, and obd0 to obd1 wire harness. so i've been having trouble finding these parts well i found a p28 but having trouble finding the harness. was wondering if im better off doing a mini me swap and what would i need to do that. i have a d15 non vtec and i have a d16 vtec motor. plz help need serious advice new with hondas.

If I am reading this right, this conversion harness will convert the car from DPFI (which you have currently more than likely) to MPFI and convert it to OBD1 to run the p28 for your z6 setup.

www.phearable.net has them as well, thats where I get most of my wiring stuff.


You will be better off just running the whole z6 in your car instead of the mini me. It will save you time in the long run as well.

yea i have dual point and need to switch to muti point.

Use the j-k-tuning one then, if I read it correctly, it converts to MPFI you just have to plug everything in and put in a few wires and you should be good to go.
