headlights dim when you let off the gas

what causes this? is it a bad ground or something. its doing it in my 03 element.

did you check your battery?? if its still good...
check the terminals too if its loose!
that happened to my civic when baterry is about to give in,
its only the alternator providing the electricity...

I think you should change your battery. This problem occurs due to insufficient supply form the battery only.
