Default Stainless steel brake lines...upgraded calipers?

I have to do a full brake job on my project car within the next week or 2, i finally got a chance to take a look at them today and the rears are almost completely gone, the rotor looks like its been riding on bare pad for a long time from the previous owner, so im gona grab a set of black Centric rotors for the front and back and Raybestos ceramic pads, all at rock auto. I wanted to do a stainless steel brake line upgrade but im unsure as to how good they are and where i can get a good brand at. Anyone have any information on this?

Also, i wanted to get some...lets say fancier calipers, instead of the dirty rusted ones i have now since im probably gona be putting some slipstreams on this car before the winter, but i also dont know much about whats available in the way of performance calipers either. Any info you have would be great.

If you just want something that looks better, just clean up and paint the stock caliper (i'd just go with gloss black)
