Any difference between NSX and ITR brake pads?
I'm just a little curious,
Seeing that ITR and nsx share the same size pads, Will the NSX pads give better braking? Does it have a better compound?

Yes, there is a difference. The difference between NSX front brake pads and ITR front brake pads is $140. 
(They DO have a different compound though.)
