15" bbs rs w/ aftermarket outers

the rs is a real 3 piece wheel where the bottom portion of the barrel (inner) separates from the top portion of the barrel (outer) and the face.

the owner replaced the old outers and added new deeper lipped outers making the rims about 15x8 +15 offset. the old specs used to be around a 15x6.5 +40 offset
