need help on b18 and type r crankshaft

need help i have 2 crankshaft 1 is type r crank and the other 1 is ls cranks but im not sure which one is which,can anybody help me the specs or what to look at and what to measure thanks for the info.

The easiest way is to look for the r stamped on the throws.

If you have a scale, the ITR crank is a couple of pounds heavier.
