where do I connect lite-on beeper in my 91 GS?

where do I connect lite-on beeper in my 91 GS?
it aint as ez as my crx was
I have looked at the dash fuse and tested all the accy terminals, none has 12v with lite-on and key off
there are some that have 12v with lites-on whether the key is on or not
also there is no ground terminal for the other leg of the beeper
