For "City Lights". Basically like DRLs.

The bulb base - where the bulb fits into, not the plug. Anyway, looks like you've sorted it out anyway, and it's a wedge bulb. Well, the Honda part number for it is 33301-SA0-741.
And to FRKWOO, you're not supposed to be using RHD headlights in a LHD country - but you know this because we've told you already, but I see you are insistent. It's not legal. God forbid you blind other drivers and cause them to drive off the road. Please get them aimed as properly as you can, at minimum. Safety first.

They are not legal cause they have not been certified by the US Department of Transportation as legal for use on public roadways. They sell them for people in countries that drive on the left (imagine that). The headlight reflectors are designed to have the light shining brighter on the left hand side for road signs and so one can see the curb. Since we drive on the right in the good ol' US of A, you will be blinding the drivers on the left hand side of the road cause you buy what you want and have to have your car mad tyte JDM. Cops can pull you over and give you a fix it ticket. The LHD USDM headlight is biased towards the right so, again, you can see signs and the curb. This has absolutely nothing to do with the alignment screws on the headlight. No matter how you twist and turn those screws, you are not going to totally change the left pointing bias because the whole internal housing is designed that way.
And OP, they are not legal. LHD headlights have the reflector lenses made so that the beam pattern is lower on the far left of the beam, so that it shines lower to oncoming traffic. RHD headlights do the same thing, but on the far right side of the beam. RHD headlights will make the far left side of the beam higher up and shine into oncoming traffic.
