thats pretty much the only place you can find them.
nnormally ebay doesnt fit perfect but, sometimes the do fit preety good,
i personly dont have these mirrors, but i have ebay head lights that fit pretty damn good, but my ebay tail fit like **** and i had to put washers on the bolts because the he trunk lights stick out a lot farhter then the quater lights.
you really get what you pay for and ebay sucks.

it all depends on the type of car you have most likely yes if you surrently have power mirrors, but you will need to add for the folding.

I ordered some Civic f1 mirrors from ebay, TCS replicas. I'm sure if you search you'll see them on there.

Anyways, the mirrors I got were two pieces, one with the mirror and base and the 2nd piece is the base that attaches to car. Fitment was all around very good. I was suprised it was even that good because I was expecting the worst.

The base that attaches to car was very good fitment and bolted up fine. Everything fit well and flush ALMOST oem. I say almost because the plastic weather molding is not on the inside but really, no surprise.

Other than that I didn't like how my mirrors looked and ordered some spoom mirrors off ebay. I have 100% confidence it'll fit fine. Plus, I can't really go wrong for $60.00.

I just sold my Spoon knockoff mirrors yesterday actually to go back to stock (see FS thread in sig for pics). I wouldn't say the fitment was bad at all, it was actually quite good.
