Did you do any recent wiring? Is the climate control and radio falling out? Any looses wires or bad connections?

It seems to be in the location of your Ignition Switch. on the Wiring Diagram it shows
BAT-B leads to IG-B and ACC both of those run to your No.19 Blu/WHT (blower motor) and No.17 Yel/RED Stereo Radio. To me it seems as if the switch is sticking. I would read out those wires when you issue happens to verify power and go from there. I was trying to scan that page of Service Manual but my scanner is broken. (pg 23-34)
