im not too familiar with Accords and Preludes so bare with me.

#1) Is an H22 intake mani a direct bolt-on to an F22?
#2) Are the H series mounts the same for a F series? (exclude S2k obviously)
#3) which is the better option. F22A6 or F22B2? i can get either for the exact same price just wondering what the differences are and what the hp / torque differences are.

 

#1) Not sure, but H23 and F23 is a direct bolt on
#2) On CB accords apparently they are direct swap. On CD accords you have to get drivers side mount off prelude or buy hasport etc
#3) Head flow wise F22A6>F22B2>F22B1. F22b1 is vtec. They are all prime for boosting but F22A6 has more potential to start with since head flows nicely.

 

thanks for your help. the reason im asking is i would like to put an F22 in my Civic as opposed to the overrated H22 swap. and i don't believe Hasport has a mount kit titled F series but i thought the H series mounts would be same thing considering Prelude base model is a F22 rather than a H22. the only question left is if H22 intake manis will bolt to F22 head.

 

no. the only H series IM that will bolt up to the F22a head is the H23.

but as far as the mounts, you should be able to use the H or F series mounts for those H series swap mounts from Hasport.

 

I believe ESP makes mounts for just about every application
