Default how to make a new line in fusebox

Quick question. Im in totally new to wiring things up in a car, how and what do I need to make a new line and fuse from the fuse box underneath the dash of a 98 civic. Im doing this because im hooking something up with a very small light just one of the peanut bulbs. So what will I need and how can I do this. How do I hook this wire from the fuse box. Thanks

They sell things which can piggyback a new fuse on an existent one. I forget what they call em. You can get em anywhere. The ones I use go into an existent fuse holder and have 2 fuses piggybacking on it. One fuse is the original and the other is the new ckt with a + wire coming off of it. The ground wire you can put under a screw somewhere which touches the car frame (there's millions of em around the fuse box)
