Default 1.6 Si motor into 91 civic dx hatch

I want to temporarily install a newly rebuilt 1.6L Si motor out of my CRX autocross / track car into a 91 Civic DX hatch to break it in. Can I use the 1.5 intake manifold / trottle body injection system on the 1.6 motor? The obvious advantage would appear to be no wiring harness changes.

If not how much of the wiring harness would have to be changed to make the swap work using the multi-port injection system on the 1.6?

Either way I'm making the swap.

Thanks for your help!

yes, you can use the DPFI intake manifold, distributor and ECU on the D16A6 - the head casting itself is the same, so everything bolts right on

Thanks to both jlicrx and ALLxMOTOR EG for the responses. I thought that would be the case, but figured there were more knowledgeable folks out there than me. I gotta say how much I am impressed with these 90's era civics and CRX'x. This 1.6L is damned near bullet proof. The 1.6 we just rebuild had 285,000 miles on it when we put it IN the CRX to race it. and we raced it for FIVE years. Both the rod and main journals were well within specs even after all that!

Let's see GM or Chrysler come close to that!

Ya gotta luv dem Hondas!

Happy Motoring!
