ITR rims and spoon caliper compatibility

I was wondering if the ITR 16 inch rims with 5 lug conversion on a 98 civic ex with the larger rotor fit the spoon calipers. the offset on these rims are 50 i think it looks like this. http://passwordjdm.com/images/Products/1732_3.jpg
