Anyone? It doesnt seem to go on either end...b-pipe or the axle back? Thanks for your help...

Turtle - who sits here puzzled until H-T can rescue...

it does.... it goes between the cat and the b-pipe......

Hint: Look for something that looks simular.

That o-ring is in fact for the stock cat and mugen b-pipe connection. If you look at the helms, you'll see a picture of it. If you're using an aftermarket 2.5" cat, then the o-ring is useless.
