I am looking to buy a D Series motor near Central MS or a couple hour drive. I want an engine that runs well and doesnt cost to much. I am open as to what motor whether its an a6, z6, y7, y8 etc. Either post here or hit me with email or IM.

 

VTEC would be nice. Who has a motor for me? My hatch is outside crying because it needs a motor.

The motor has 75,500 miles and is in excellent condition.

I have a d15b7 dx motor that im pullin in a couple of weeks, It uses about a quart of oil every 1500 miles though. When your on it hard it smokes at about 5,500 rpm. runs absolutely great though. It has a 91 si cam too. Im me if your interested, it has about 150k on it. otherwise its a really strong little motor

Hahaha upstate NY sucks just as bad bro dont feel too bad! I dont have a VTEC motor but I have a 92 DX motor. Needs a good motor flush, possibly some rings or valve guides. hasnt been enough to bother me yet to go and figure out the problem. But I am willing to ship it - or you could plan a trip upto Syracuse, NY

If you want it just let me know, the cars just sitting in the garage - needs a new alternator belt but the damn socket set I got the handle on the ratchet isnt long enough so there it will sit till someone comes and saves me. Or till the motors yanked and I can just easily get to it

i have a 92-95 head, distributor, intake manifold, and throttle body that i'll let go for very little.. all you would really need woud be a shortblock.

 

I have a 96 DX motor in perfect running condition with trans,ecu,axles,linkage, whatever u want.I am in maryland though,i couold drive maybe an hour or two to meet u if u want this thing. I will give u the complete swap for like $650.Or make me an offer on just the motor.

 

Wide Open- That sounds tempting but my block is toast. Maybe if I run across a block for a good deal.
