97 honda civic wont start nothing!

97 honda civic wont start nothing!
When i try to crank the car i get nothing and i mean nothing no click no attempting at spinning to start . I tested the battery with a mattco tool i have and it said it passed. Could it be the starter?.

are terminal clamps tight? Are you getting fuel and spark, if not it maybe main relay. I would check for any blown fuses and even the transmission ground cable.
