ok i got a 91 civic with 1.6 d16 engine and heres the problem. When its hot outside and the engine is cold it will not start (sounds like it wont get fuel), it runs fine any other time, any info will be helpful thanks.

 

sounds like a classic bad Main Relay to me

 

agreed with the main relay.. guaranteed main relay cheap fix and easy
