Default b17 head for 175?

do you think its a good buy? no vtec solenoid or IM but has cams, caps, and valve cover.

It's a PR-3 head which there are loads of around. It's also at least 17 years old so keep that in mind as it will probably need some money invested into it to "freshen it up". If you can potentially afford all that, then it may or may not be a "good buy" for you.
