i've actually done this in an ek so, i know what i'm talking about. the base doesn't come with any hardware. neither do the sliders.
you need 4-14mm bolts to attach the sliders to the seat. you then need 4 really short bolts & nuts to attach the sliders to the base. i got these from home depot. the base for the ek is actually three pieces that need to be bolted together. again, no hardware was included so, i got these from home depot as well. once that's all put together, you can then use the 4 original 12mm bolts to secure the base to the car. i got the shitty base for the ek with no mount for the factory seat belt so, i had to improvise a little with that.
once you get started & pull the oem seat out, everything'll start to make sense & come together.
