I wasn't sure where to post this, but I figured I might get the most response here. Theres a black 2000 Civic Si running through an Insurance Auction in Philadelphia next week. I had some interest in trying to buy it, and I figured I would see if it used to belong to anyone here on H-T. Theres only so much information I can draw from the handful of pictures they have online, so if I could get in touch with the previous owner, or anyone familiar with the car, that would be very helpful. In the pictures it looks like it may have a swapped motor; thats the main thing I'm trying to figure out. Here are some other particulars on it:

Red Honda badges

Possible swap under the hood?
- JDM ITR valve cover
- no vin plate on transmission housing
Hit in rear/left-rear
