another which cams to run sk2 pro stg2?
planning to buy a new set of cams for my motor soon. but wasnt sure which one to get.
Evans said with sk2 stg2 i would be near 210-15hp but didnt really say if it was tuner or pro cams. so my question is which cams would be best for DD and maybe drag strip once in a while. having a lump/high idle doesnt bother me
below is my setup 192/148
Stock bore, ls/vtec, 12:1 Cp pistons, eagle rods, b17a head, ITR valvesprings, CTR cams, FR cams gears, ITR intake manifold, Max Bore 66mm LS Tb, Velocity stack Intake, Megan 4-1 2.5" collector header, s2000 injectors

If he said S2 stage 2 that means tuner series cams. If he said S2 Pro series 2 cams, that would mean pro 2 cams...VAST difference. If you're not sure, you could always ask him to clarify what he meant.
I see your problem it's the head those b17a heads don't flow to good. You would see alot better numbers with a 95+ gsr head or even a newer b16a, type r head.

well after doing some reading on ht. looks like i need to upgrade my valve train to something better to run the stage2. might just get the stage1 to keep the valve train oem. but then is stage 1 even worth a upgrade from the ctr?
as for the heads...
92-93 integra gsr came with b17a1 engines with pr3 heads....
then they went to b18c1 with p72 heads

Why wouldn't you want to spend a whoppin $250~300 bucks to get sufficient VT for a larger camshaft? Not only would you make more power, but it's also pretty cheap insurance.
was trying to leave it as oem as much as possible. since thats what i started to do with at the start.
i also said i might do stage1 but not 100% sure. but i will probably end up doing the stage 2 and see which valve train to run that last more then 25k miles

the pro1's with matching valvetrain would make that motor much stronger than it already is. i like mine for the fact that the power curve looks like an LS with no hump for vtec.

Normally I wouldnt use Wikipedia for a refference but this is common knowledge.
Now what is it that your spoutin off about? Mar didn't say B18C1 he said B18C and is also the same block used for the JDM ITR which Im pretty sure is what he was refferering to.
Regarding the B16 & B17 its a PR3 casting, regarding the B18CR (jdm) or B18C5 (usdm) its a P73 which is virtually the same head with just a bit of refinement from the factory otherwise the same casting design as the PR3 hence intake manifold interchangeability, same port design, combustion chamber, etc.
