Default 220whp on h22a suggestions/setups

Im putting a h22a in my cb7 and i dont want anything crazy fast or anything, i just want to put 220 to the wheels....i got my bolt ons, aem intake, dc exhaust, ngk 8mm wires...

i had heard that maybe stage 2 cams and cam gears could bring it up a bit? with new springs and retainers of course

please let me know what you think or what youve done....or any reccomendations to reach my 220whp goal.

220 to the wheels will take a little more than cams, but it will help.

What kind of header are you running?

As said above, cams will help, I mean you could always just build the head up a little, like new valves, or maybe an oversized valve, and a good cam with a nice agressive VTEC crossover. Now of course, unless you are very mechanically inclined (not saying you aren't), I would take it to a shop that can do that kind of stuff, because that can really f*** stuff up if done wrong. And hate to say it, but the IM upgrade would be very helpful as well. If you don't want to put in a new one, at least port the stock one out a little bit.

I've seen the Skunk2 pro1 cams hit from 190whp to 204 with basic bolt-ons.

The last build I did was very mild but made almost 240whp. It was a stock cranked H22 with Type S pistons. My headwork, Skunk2 tuner stage 2 cams, SMSP header, Euro R manifold, 68mm TB, And Hondata S300.

This is a daily driver. I also need to mention that this has trans work done to it as well. It has a Circuitworx 4.7 final drive in it. This does affect the power output.

3inch exhaust, Race header, Rosko Euro R manifold, Blacktrax Dual stacks, Qsd Rbc manifold, 70mm TB etc. With the correct bolt-on you should hit 190whp+
