struts too tall for dc2 integra? HELP!!
Okay, so last night I bought skunk2 struts with goldline springs. The fronts went on with ease! literally no problem with the front. we go to do the rear and spend 4 hours drilling and cutting bolts. We get the strut out and new control arms on. Go to mount them back up and it seems like the clearance is wayyyy too long. also, the struts were off a da integra but i switched the forks out with da forks and top hats as well. we tried compressing the springs on the actual strut but nothing. any tips!!!??? i just dropped 350 on new parts and if they dont fit it was for nothing! ANY INPUT IS APPRECIATED!!
Your car doesn't have struts. It has Shocks.
Even if they're made for a DA, you should be able to get them on the car by compressing them. Pics of the problem would help as well.

The terms strut and shock are not interchangeable.
A shock is a damper.
A strut is a structural suspension component that houses a damper.
Integras do not have struts, unless we're counting the RSX as an Integra.
