Default Ls swap issues - idle problem

Having an idleing problem. its a brand new rebuilt LS. i have a OBD1 intake manifold on it. I've had a hell of a time trying to get this motor to even start (bad plug wires, no spark, messed up wiring, main relay crapped out) and pretty much have it all sorted out.

Basicly what happens is, i start it up cold runs about 1500 till warm up, then the idle bounces from 100-1200 doesnt want to run very long, have to keep giving it gas to keep it running. Im trying not to hurt my new motor in anyway possible and can use any help. I pulled and cleaned the IACV and checked the Idle screw.

im going to pull and check the FITV, replace my busted TPS sensor, check over the timing AGAIN. I get a code but i cant get it to read. i dont know if its the ECU being retarded PR4, or if the jumpper harness wont let me read it right, but when i go to pull it the code is gone... HELP!!

Not sure what to tell you about the code, i used ry-wire harness and they gave me a nice little wire set to hook to a switch. Flip the switch cels read out.

For the idle, obviously the first thing to check is for vacuume leaks, which im sure you have. Grab some moderately flamable spray and start spraying all the vacuume lines. If idle increases suddenly you have a leak somewhere there.

yea deff no leaks, all new hoses and everything is clamped right. I have that little plug to, but when i hook my little paper clip to it, i dont get anything. and i know its not a solid cell cause the ecu ran my friends car for 10 miles. Im gona cut the 2 wires from the clip and hook it to a switch like the directions say.

fixed :-D

the jumpper harness from rywire was wrong. the CYP wires running from the OBD1 side were wired to the wrong spots on the OBD0 side. NO CODES, NO SMOKE, need to figure out the oil leaking thing but other then that HOLY **** IT RUNS!!

Is it a 92,93 IM or a 94,95 IM and do you have the map sensor and tps plugs in the right places

its a 94-95 p75 manifold. Yes the TPS and the MAP are plugged in correctly.
