Basically. The pionts where it installs are pivot points, and wont move when the car is raised. Whether the bar will do anything is a different story.

The Accord chassis is pretty stiff, so I don't think that there is too much to be gained by adding it.

Do the EX model come with rear lower tiebars? What about front ones?

during hard cornering that's one of the main weight bearing wheels... seems strange.

Are you thinking of sway bars? They are different. No accord comes with lower tie bars... front or rear.

maybeim hearing the wrong wheel then.. its easier now to get the back end to come or swing out if i need it to.

having the car rotate better is awesome.

having wheels break loose in turn is not awesome.

with the right setup the margin between hella good rotation and a sliding rear end free-for-all is slim but good tires will give you the feed back you need to manage...

what other suspension mods do you have?

well.. in the process of finishing my susp up now on the car now is just a front upper bar and rear lower, my rear upper is in the mail. i have kyb's sitting in the garage and im placing an order with groupbuy for h&r stage 2 springs.

i had some "el cheapo" coilovers on my other accord but they sucked **** and i refuse to be cheap about things anymore.

i think i described the effect the bar had when i said the wheel breaks loose. basically theres less roll in the rear end and with that it tends to glide along better in the turns.

im looking for a S.T. Rear sway bar if anyone see's/has one for sale

just and idea but there is a brace between the two pivot bolts that you mount the rear bar too it has some effect of a rear bar but becuase it is hard mounted to the car all along the middle and the pivots mount on its end im thinking it has less of an effect as the pressure is forced on to the mounted middle of the brace and less on the opposing pivot it self, with the rear bar pressure is flowed from on pivot right onto the other.. make sense? also i had to bend a little of the end tabs on the brace down for the tie bar mounts to fit.

definately

tends to glide along better in the turns.
it will be so much sweeter with the shocks, springs, and especially the sway bar.

me too. someone told me Summit has them cheap. but I could only find the price for a front/rear combo. I, of course, only want the rear.
