Default DSM injectors not running right

I have a sohc zc with a t25 turbo, its not tuned nether. I had stock obd1 injectors in it(bye-passing the restor box)ran good when not in boost, would idle fine and run down the road great. But i just put in some dsm blue top 450cc injectors in(plugged the stock restor box back in) and it started to run like crap, wouldn't stay at a idle and would sound like it would miss out when it goes past 3k rpm. I checked the injectors and they test out all the same... i know i need to tune it to do anything, but can the stock honda ecu not run dsm 450's? or are the injectors clogged? I'm stumped...

without a tune it is going to run rich and shitty as fawkkk! you cannot install larger injectors without a tune, or atleast some kind of basemap that allows the ecu to compensate for the larger injector size.
