Default TRansmission fluid change 2003 3.2 TL???

What does it take to change the tranny fluid? The car has 83K miles on it and now should be a good time. Is there a tranny filter? Do I just a bolt on the bottom of the tranny and let it drain and than refill through the dipstick hole? I've never messed with this car.

auto? not sure if the 03 had the oil jet thing if so its like a 10mm bolt you take off on the trans on top and you pull the tube out to fill the trans up.
if it dont then its just a 17mm bolt you take off. it has a giant washer on it also like the oil drain bolt. they can be pretty tight so a trick is to use a long extention and socket and put it over the bolt and give it a few good hits with a hammer before you loosen it.

and bottom is a round drain bolt with a square in the middle you stick a 3/8 rachet in there and loosen it to drain. watch out when you take the bolt off straight off the fluid is going to stream out like crazy.

no filter on the trans.

Drain and fill.

You can buy canned **** to run through and clean your cooler and lines if you want, but drain and fill is all it takes.

*waits for powerflush bandwagon to tell me I'm wrong*
