Power lock green/white ( -) blue plug factory alarm plug behind radio green plug
power unlock green/orange (-) blue plug factory alarm plug behind radio green plug
or use the blue/yellow for driver door unlock only
hope this works

thanks...any ideas how to wire directly to the actuator?? using the factory plugs is not working i dont know what the deal is any other problems i could be having??
the first thing you want to do is check your stock actuators by putting some type of voltage through them, if they dont work i'll suggest to buy some aftermarkets on ebay that run for like 12 bucks the pair and that will save you a lot of time and pain that way u get rid of some old wires hanging around and the bow to the stock ones too,and if you want to know how to wire it check out this thread.Good Luck!

the actuators works perfect when i put 12 volts (b+) to the but cant get em to work off the viper
Some questions..
You said the key-less entry never worked, was there an aftermarket HU installed in the dash or was it still the stock HU?
Did/does the switch on the drivers door lock and unlock the doors?
Did/does locking/unlocking the drivers door with the key lock and unlock the pass. door?
Have you checked the power door lock fuse, fuse 51 -20A, [hot at all times] in engine bay fuse box?
For the stock key-less to work you need the stock HU.
If the fuse, [fuse 51] is good and the door switch and key do not work you have a problem with the "Power Door Lock Control Unit".
You can either replace it or replace it with a pair of SPDT relays but by using the relays you will loose the central locking feature, [locking/unlocking both/all doors when locking unlocking the drivers door].
If you can live with that, all the wiring you need is at the PDLCU
White/green is 12V+, [power], connect to 87 and 85 of both relays.
Black is 12V-, [ground], connect to 87a of both relays.
Yellow/red is unlock lead for all but drivers door.
Blue/red is unlock for drivers door, connect to 30 one relay, [1st relay] along with the yellow/red.
White/red is lock lead for all doors, connect to 30 of 2nd relay
Connect alarms light blue to 86 of unlock relay, [1st relay] along with the green/orange of PDLCU, [door switch, unlock]
Connect alarms green lead to 86 of lock relay, [2nd relay] along with green/white of PDLCU, [ door switch, lock].
This is a "polarity reversing ground at rest system"... http://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp
and as I said you will lose the central locking feature. 94

yes it is an aftermarket head unit and the locks do not work at the switch but the actuators do check out and work so i am assuming i could wire it up with relays? like you said above
Yes you can, the key-less did not work because the RF section is in the stock HU, [one of Honda's not so bright ideas] but because the door switch did also not work or the alarm door lock outputs means it has to be the PDLCU, assuming fuse and wiring for the PDLCU are good.
You will wire the relays at the PDLCU plug so you can check to make sure the plug is plugged in properly and you have power ground and a ground signal for lock and unlock from the switch, [you will need them for the relays] before you pull it and wire in the relays. 94
