Default Pr4 head question

I have a 94 ls and I was looking at the head and its a Pr4 head on a p75 block. I have no idea why they put an ODB-0 head, but I am guessing it has better flow. I am not sure, has any of you done this and why would you do this?

i think the p75 head flows a little better than the pr4 does. maybe the head was warped and thats what they replaced it with? idk.

I know that the intake cam and intake manifold were milder for that head. Don't know about the flow or anything, should be the same.

Maybe something went wrong with the old head
