Obd1 distribuitor necessary?

Default Obd1 distribuitor necessary?

i have a 90 crx whit b16 obd0 swap, the wyring conversion harness obd0 to obd1 ecu. my distribuidor is obd0. to install a obd1 Ecu its necessary a obd1 distribuitor? can do another adaptation? thnks.

you MUST use an OBD1 distributor if you convert over to OBD1 at the ECU. OBD0 distributor will not work on a obd1 ECU as they are wired differently.

do you mean ecu? you cannot use an obd0 ecu with an obd1/2 dizzy. and vice versa

no, i mean ignition control module of an obd0 dizzy on obd1 or 2 dizzy.

let me explain, i have a obd2 dizzy whitout ICM, and want to install the obd0 ICM. i can do it?

reviving a thread from the dead lol but the icms SHOULD be all interchangable. tonite i decided to rip apart my obd1 dizzy and install a NEC OBD0 ICM and it fired right up and works.
