Default Steering column and wheel is jacked up

someone tried to steal my teg. as a result, driver side window smashed, and the steering column seems misaligned and the steering wheel is not 'true' to how it was positioned before. Meaning, the spokes on the left and right of the stock wheel were true to 3 o'clock, 9 o'clock, now they are about 4 and 10. the car goes straight with the wheel in this position, so it doesn't seem like alignment is the issue.

i guess they tried to jack with the alarm or ignition, which is why the column is slightly off/tilted. i don't see any way to easily fix this, any ideas i can try before taking it into the shop? car is not accessible to me, but i'll try to get a pic of it over the 4th. thanks!
