Default Bent Header, Loss of Power?

Okay so after i installed my hytech reps, i noticed a great increase in power. Needless to say that power is now gone. I've been trying to pinpoint the reason being and it led me to this. One day i took the car in to fix an exhaust leak and i noticed the support rod holding my header/exhaust up was broken. It was welded onto the header and that was where the leak was.

Because it broke off, it caused my header to rub agaits the crossmember and the high heat of the header caused the metal to become malleable and "contour" a little where it was rubbing.

Now i dont really know if this is the reason for my power loss but i wanted to have peoples opinions before i bring it into the shop today to get it fixed.

thanks

ANY restriction in an exhaust system will cause loss of power. had a buddy that ran a 2.5in from the header back and there was a slight 2.25in pinch and he lost power there.
