Icon6 car smoking. what's wrong please help

Well I have a 2000 civic ex with a jdm gsr in it. I bought this car about a month ago. And the car runs awsome no problems or check engines. The car does not smoke at idel it only smoke at like high rpms. The motor is bone stock. And its my dd I drive this thing about 700 miles weekely. When I'm in the car and punch it which I rarely do I can see smoke but can't tell the cooler. It seems to be white but on the outside of the car on the bumper it leaves like a small black residue but its not oilie or notthing like that. My coolent and oil levels don't really drop at all they are pretty stable. What do you guys think might be wrong? Will a compression test tell me anything or like should I do one? Or what steps should I take to figure it out. I know how to do some motor work so I can perform some at my house up to a certain extent. Thanks for the help. Greatly appreciated

It's either your tune or you need an oil catch can and breather kit I would order one from Endyn it's $199 shipped.
